  • First on the menu is a refreshing conch salad, prepared with the freshest local ingredients, followed by the iconic conch fritter. Your chef teaches you how to create these delicious bites, along with how to find the best sauces to accompany them.
  • Next, your chef prepares another Bahamian delicacy – cracked conch. Learn how the seafood is tenderized, breaded and fried to golden perfection, as you taste these delicious treats and enjoy another shot of Bahamian rum-based cocktail.
