- Interacting with animals is unpredictable. Please be aware of inherent risks.
- Guests participating in these activities do so at their own risk. The nature of this tour includes inherent risks for its participants.
- Guests with a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, pre-existing back/neck problems, surgeries, limited mobility, or any other major medical condition should not participate. For safety reasons, guests who are five months (20 weeks) pregnant cannot participate in this tour (only in the Encounter program). Guests should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate. If in doubt, guests are encouraged to consult with their personal physician before engaging in any activity that may be strenuous.
- Guests must walk short to moderate distances over unpaved and slippery surfaces.
- Guests who are 55 inches or shorter must be accompanied by a paying adult or legal guardian. Coaster buses are not accessible. A designated observation area is available for non-participants during the dolphin programs; however, dolphin participants may be in different areas based on operational needs and dolphin setups. The tour operator does not guarantee that observers will be able to view their friends or family members during the program.
- This tour is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
- For guests over 70 years of age, they should carefully consider their health and medical condition before participating.
- Jewelry and electronic devices are not allowed during the dolphin activity for safety reasons.
- Full participation may require extended periods of walking over even and uneven surfaces, steep terrain and/or water activity in a slight current. There may be steps, inclines, cobblestone surfaces, and extended periods of standing. Participants with physical limitations should take this into account.
- This tour takes place in a foreign country where laws, regulations and business practices may vary from your home country. This could include significant differences in transportation mode and quality, infrastructure, regulations, and driving practices. - Children under 47 inches (1.20 m): May join Dolphin Encounter with 1 paying adult, or Swim (Encounter activity only) with 2 paying adults.
- Those who are pregnant: Up to 5 months (20 weeks): May join Dolphin Encounter on waist-deep platform, accompanied by an adult, with signed waiver. Over 5 months: Not permitted to join any dolphin program.
- Adults 80+: Only allowed to participate in Dolphin Encounter.
- Dolphin Rides not permitted for guests with: heart disease, diabetes, recent surgery, motor limitations, asthma, epilepsy, joint issues or overweight.
- Cubbies are provided at no charge to our mutual guests for storing personal items during the interactive program only.
- Lockers are available for rent for guests who wish to securely store belongings for the duration of their visit to our facilities.
- Upon returning the locker key, guests will receive a small Dolphin Discovery Cayman gift.
